We provide a High Level Assessment initially to determine if we believe there is significant opportunity for cost reduction and creating efficiencies. There is no charge or commitment for our initial Assessment and ASSUMING we find significant savings and you choose to move forward, we will do the following:
- Analyze cellular bills to determine if you are getting competitive pricing, if your plans are pooled accurately and if all of the additional features purchased are purchased under the right plans.
- All the work is done in-house with minimal intervention from the client.
- Since we do not advocate changing carriers or equipment, once a solid design is confirmed, we re-negotiate pricing on behalf of our client with their existing vendor (and alternative carriers at the clients request).
- Once all of the above work is complete, we provide a comprehensive Report.
- After a thorough review of our analysis report and clients endorsement, we implement all recommendations.
- Provide a 60-day "true-up Report" following implementation which compares the network before implementation to projected savings to actual savings.

We detail all information so we can pursue all appropriate credits on your behalf.
- Design appropriate re-configurations.
- Price newly designed network with existing carrier and two alternative carriers and then negotiate best pricing.
- Provide client with a comprehensive report which compares what they currently have and what they are paying to what they should have and could be paying as well as providing a narrative description of rationale for making these changes both technologically and financially.
- After a thorough review of our analysis report and clients endorsement, we implement all recommendations
- Provide a 60-day "true-up Report" following implementation which compares the network before implementation to projected savings to actual savings.
Our fee for our services is 1/3 of the savings over the term of the contract.
